Accompany mature cheeses such as Grana Padano, Parmigiano Reggiano, Pecorino, Castelmagno or blue cheeses. Excellent for lacquering white meats (chicken, duck, goose), pork and lamb chops.

Also excellent on ice cream (cream or fiordilatte) or on pancakes.
