A classic Piedmontese aperitif enriched with truffle, in a new format, with Italian summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.).

How to use:

Creamy and versatile, it can be enjoyed on both hot and cold dishes: on eggs, pasta, risotto, and meat fillets. Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, refrigerate at 4°C (39°F) and consume within 3 days.

Butter 26%, cream , water, salted anchovies ( anchovies , salt) 13.5%, milk proteins, corn starch, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 1%, modified starch, natural flavouring.
