Chips with Pesto combine the crunchiness of chips with the richness of our pesto, one of the most iconic ingredients of the Italian tradition. The powdered seasoning, obtained through cryo-drying, preserves all the flavor of the original ingredients: Basilico Genovese DOP, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, Pecorino Fiore Sardo, pine nuts and Vessalico garlic.

Perfect to enjoy alone, they are also ideal in combination with a fresh Caprese salad or to enrich the aperitif moment with a snack with an intense and original flavour.

 


Excellent as an aperitif, they can also be used as a base for canapés and tapas or in salads.

Potatoes, sunflower oil, olive oil, freeze-dried pesto (Basilico Genovese DOP 49%, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP cheese, pine nuts 9%, Fiore Sardo DOP cheese, salt, Vessalico garlic) 2.3% (equal to 5.4% of fresh pesto), potato maltodextrin, salt, spinach powder, natural flavouring.
