The "basic" version of carbonara, with 20% egg yolk and cheese. Produced without added milk or cream.

Add to the pasta and mix. This base allows you to create your own favorite version of Carbonara: - classic with the addition of crispy bacon - seafood, adding fish and shellfish or with vegetables.

It can be kept warm while serving without the egg curdling.
