Our freeze-dried Pesto Powder: a new texture for the famous Italian sauce that preserves the flavor and freshness of all the ingredients of the traditional recipe.
Classic pesto transforms into a delicious spice, ideal for flavoring pasta, mozzarella and burrata, salads, pizza, focaccia, fresh cheeses, soups, vegetables, and fish. Excellent in sandwiches or finger foods.
Our pesto is not cooked and therefore retains the characteristics of the fresh product (color and flavor) unaltered, without oxidation or alterations in taste.
