All the unmistakable flavor of fresh truffles is always available, even out of season, through a process that preserves its organoleptic characteristics.

Directions: Crumble the truffle slices directly onto a hot plate and wait two to three minutes before enjoying, allowing the heat to rehydrate the slices and allow the truffle to release all its aromatic notes. Serve as a garnish on pasta, risotto, eggs, and any other hot dish that pairs well with truffle.
