Our cryo-dried Pesto powder: a new texture for the famous Italian sauce in which the flavor and freshness of all the ingredients of the traditional recipe are preserved.

Classic pesto transforms into a delicious spice, ideal for flavoring pasta, mozzarella and burrata, salads, pizza, focaccia, fresh cheeses, soups, vegetables, and fish. Excellent in sandwiches or finger foods.

Our pesto is not cooked and therefore retains the characteristics of the fresh product (color and flavor), without oxidation or alterations in taste.

Ingredients : Genoese Basil DOP (49%), Parmigiano Reggiano DOP (MILK , salt, rennet), pine nuts, Fiore Sardo DOP (sheep's MILK, rennet, salt), salt, Vessalico garlic.

Il classico Pesto si trasforma in una gustosissima spezia, ideale per insaporire, oltre alla pasta, mozzarelle e burrate, insalate, pizza, focaccia, formaggi freschi, zuppe, verdure, pesce. Ottimo nei sandwiches o sul finger food.

Il nostro pesto non viene sottoposto a cottura e dunque conserva inalterate le caratteristiche del prodotto fresco (colore e sapore), senza ossidazione o alterazioni di gusto.
