The Salt-based Seasoning with White Truffle combines the prized Guérande Salt with cryo-dried Italian White Truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico), to enrich every dish with an elegant and persistent aroma.

Ideal as a finishing seasoning, it is perfect for pasta, risotto, meat, fish, eggs, potatoes, vegetables, soups and gourmet preparations. Enough of it half a teaspoon per serving to enhance the flavor of each recipe.
