Our chips are thicker than normal chips, crunchy and fried only in olive oil and sunflower seed oil.

Their particular thickness makes them less likely to absorb oil. Excellent as an aperitif, they can also be used as a base for canapés and tapas or in salads.

The mustard, honey, and white truffle dressing is prepared in-house by Tartuflanghe and is cryo-dried, preserving the flavor of the fresh ingredients.

Ingredients : potatoes, sunflower oil, powdered seasoning 6% [potato maltodextrin, corn maltodextrin, sugar, modified starch, of which MUSTARD seeds 5%, caramelized sugar, flavorings, of which honey 3%, alcohol vinegar, wine vinegar, salt, of which freeze-dried white truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico) 0.5% (equivalent to 2.5% of fresh truffle), spices], olive oil, salt.

Ottime in aperitivo, possono essere anche utilizzate come base per tartine e tapas o nelle insalate.
