Directions for use: noH2O dehydrated truffle slices should be served at the end of the meal, just like fresh truffles. To best enjoy their flavor, crumble them onto a warm plate and wait 2-3 minutes, long enough for the heat to rehydrate the truffle and allow it to fully release its unmistakable aromatic notes. Enjoy on all types of pasta, especially egg pasta, risottos, vegetable soups, cheese fondues, eggs, potatoes, and mashed potatoes, and any other dishes that pair well with truffles.
