A pesto with a rich and enveloping character, which combines the taste of pistachio with the elegance of the Italian summer truffle. Versatile and refined, it can be enjoyed both hot and cold and is ideal for seasoning pasta, gnocchi and minestrone, or for creating crostini, sandwiches and bruschetta with a gourmet flavour. With Italian summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), it represents a contemporary proposal designed to enrich every preparation with a distinctive touch.

Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, store in the refrigerator at +4° and consume within 15 days.
