How to use:

Excellent for seasoning pasta, risotto, gnocchi, ravioli and tortelli

Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, refrigerate at 4°C and consume within 7 days.

Cheeses ( Pecorino Romano DOP, Hard cheese ) 31%, cream , water, corn starch, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 1%, black pepper 0.5%, natural flavouring.
