Truffle Chips – Truffle Chips are a gourmet snack that combines the crunchiness of thicker than traditional chips with the refined taste of summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.). Fried exclusively in olive oil and sunflower seed oil, they offer an irresistible texture and a balanced flavour, perfect for any occasion.

Available in three convenient sizes, they are ideal to enjoy on their own, as a base for canapés and tapas or as an accompaniment to cheese platters during an aperitif.

Excellent as an aperitif, they can also be used as a base for canapés and tapas or in salads.

Potatoes, sunflower seed oil, olive oil, freeze-dried summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 0.45% (same as 2.25% fresh truffle), salt, flavouring.
