Cognà is a recipe with very ancient origins prepared in the old Langa farmhouses, where at the end of the summer the grape must from the first harvests was slowly cooked and enriched with quinces, Madernassa pears, walnuts and hazelnuts, to create a delicious compote to be enjoyed during the winter.

Use it as an accompaniment to cheeses, meat and desserts. Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, store in the refrigerator (+4°) and consume within 14 days.
