PESTO CHIPS

Our chips are thicker than regular potato chips, crispy, and fried only in olive oil and sunflower oil. Their special thickness makes them less likely to absorb oil. Excellent as an aperitif, they can also be used as a base for canapés and tapas, or in salads.

Prepare with our pesto powder, a cryo-dried condiment that retains all the flavor of fresh ingredients, without altering the taste or color of the classic recipe.

Ingredients : Potatoes, sunflower oil, olive oil, freeze-dried pesto (Genoese Basil DOP 49%, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP CHEESE, pine nuts 9%, Fiore Sardo DOP CHEESE, salt, Vessalico garlic) 2.3% (equal to 5.4% of fresh pesto), potato maltodextrin, salt, spinach powder, natural flavouring.
