Our Truffle Chips are seasoned with authentic cryo-dried Truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.).

Thicker than regular chips, crispy and fried only in olive oil and sunflower oil. Their thicker texture makes them less likely to absorb oil. Excellent as an aperitif, they can also be used as a base for canapés and tapas or in salads.
